CDX+ Online Launcher Diagnostic Program
If you're having a problem logging into CDX Online, you can run the CDX Launcher Diagnostic program to test your connection and to see if your CDX Online program has been configured correctly. This test requires no specialist IT skills and can be saved as a text file for later review by your IT department or to send to CDX Global Customer Support. You must be logged into the computer as a local administrator before you run the the diagnostic.
To run the CDX Online Launcher Diagnostic, please do the following:
1. Download the latest CDX Online Launcher from the following URL, http://www.cdxhosting.com/cdxupdates/bin/cdxplus1/CDXPlus.exe 2. Run the CDX Online Launcher, 3. Enter your login information, 4. Click on the 'Not Starting?' button, 5. Note that this will open the connection test window, 6. Click on the 'Start Tests' button, 7. Wait for the connection test to complete, 8. Save the test when it has completed to your desktop, 9. If you need further assistance send the connection test to support@cdxglobal.com attaching it to your email.
