CDX+ Online: Bulk User Upload Error
Some Supervisors on earlier versions may get an error message when using the "Import List of Students" feature to bulk upload student information to their instance of CDX Online using an Excel file.
The error occurs if you use the original .csv template. As of the 27th of May 2008 the new revised .csv template file must be downloaded from the Upload students page and used for the bulk user upload process.
