CDX Training: Phone and Web-Based tutorial for CDX Plus Online
Phone and web-based training is available for purchase in a 2 hour tutorial session.
The phone and web-based tutorials are a great way to get started with CDX Plus Online. We understand that getting started may be a little daunting and these tutorials will put you on the right track to get the most out of your CDX Plus Online.
We will walk you through the courseware, offer you the service of uploading your users, and we are happy to tailor the other learning objectives to your specific needs. Naturally we provide ongoing support with any future challenges that you may face when using CDX Plus Online.

During the tutorial session the participants will be exposed to a range of topics and activities, including the following:
1. Downloading the CDX Plus Online Launcher:
- (if you haven’t already done so) and logging in for instructors and students.
2. Orientation:
- Navigating the courseware.
- Locating the teaching and learning resources.
- Explore formative and summative assessment.
3. Supervisor functions:
- Selecting the global menu & NATEF areas for task tracking.
- Uploading users.
- Editing/deleting user details.
- Exporting user list to Excel.
4. Instructor functions:
- Student activity report.
- Topic Group Test and Find-the-missing word grade reports.
- Practice and Final exams grade reports.
- Tasksheet Tracking.
