CDX+ PC: A Security Program May Be Interfering With The Program
Although CDX Plus PC doesn't need to access the internet, your security program (such as Windows OneCare, Trend Micro PC-cillin, or Norton AntiVirus) may block the program when it attempts to access it's internal webserver.
You should locate your security program control panel, and ensure that you have allowed CDX Plus to access the internet. The program will open succesfully but will not load any of the content inside the CDX Launcher window, instead showing the following error:
'MySQL db failed' - or a similar error.
To repair this problem, please do the following:
1. Login to the computer as a Local Administrator,
2. Locate your security program control panel. Note this can most commonly be done through the Start Menu,
3. Ensure that you have allowed CDX Plus to access the internet by entering the program into your list of allowed programs,
4. Reboot your computer and attempt to run the CDX Plus program again.
