CDX+ PC: Insufficient Permissions To Run Correctly

Some installations (e.g. under Windows Vista) don't allow the program to run with the correct level of permissions. The program will open succesfully but will not load any of the content inside the CDX Launcher window, instead showing the following error: 'MySQL db failed' - or a similar error.

To repair this problem under Vista, please do the following:

1. Login to the computer as a Local Administrator,
2. Right-click on the 'CDXPlus Shortcut on the desktop and choose 'Properties',
3. Click on the 'Advanced...' button,
4. Check the 'Run as administrator' option and click 'OK',
5. Click the 'OK' button to confirm this change,
6. Note that this will force the shortcut to execute the program with Administrator permissions
