Flash / Knowledge Check Content Doesn't Load Correctly

Content created with Adobe Flash, such as the Knowledge Check pages, may not load correctly. Flash is embedded as part of Internet Explorer and the cause of the error is probably in the PC onfiguration or the version level of Flash installed on the PC.

The first thing to try is simply refreshing the page. Try pressing 'F5' or clicking on the link again to see if the flash content will load. If you continue to experience problems with the fFash content, please check the following solutions to ensure you can view the Flash content on your computer.

There could be several causes of this error:

1. An outdated version of Adobe Flash Player.
An old version of the Adobe Flash Player software may not be able to display the flash content. Ensure that Adobe Flash Player 8.0 is installed and up-to-date. To download Adobe Reader, please visit http://www.adobe.com/.

2. An outdated version of Internet Explorer.
Versions of Internet Explorer earlier than 5.5 cannot display Adobe Flash files from within the browser, even if you have an updated version of Abode Flash Player installed on your PC. To view flash content in the CDX content you must have at least version 5.5 installed on your computer.
You can update to the latest version of Internet Explorer by going to: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/.

3. Clear your browser's cache.
For Internet Explorer 6, open your browser, click 'Tools', then 'Internet Options', and select 'Delete Files'. Check the box 'Delete all offline content' and click 'OK'.
Please note that this will erase all your temporary internet files.

If these don't fix the problem, try restarting the computer and then attempting to access the flash content again.
